THIS ONLY APPLIES TO CITIES WITHIN THEIR COUNTY. THIS STAY-AT-HOME ORDER WILL GO INTO EFFECT THURSDAY AT 8: 00 A.M. AND LAST UNTIL APRIL 16. IN THE TRIAD, 40 PEOPLE HAVE TESTED POSITIVE. GUILFORD COUNTY HAS THE MOST AT 16. WE’VE ALSO LEARNED A MEMBER OF THE NORTH CAROLINA A&T COMMUNITY HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19. FORSYTH HAS 14 POSITIVE CASES. ALAMANCE AND RANDOLPH COUNTY HAVE THREE CONFIRMED CASES. DAVIDSON HAS TWO CASES. DAVIE AND MONTGOMERY EACH HAVE ONE. GOVERNOR ROY COOPER IS BANNING ALL GATHERINGS OF 50 PEOPLE OR MORE. Wake Forest College experiences first on-campus case of coronavirus, college officials say

The first on-campus case of the unconventional coronavirus at Wake Forest College was confirmed Tuesday, college officials said.The college said a scholar who’s at point to in isolation at an on-campus state hall tested determined for COVID-19. On March 18, the scholar began to indicate delicate symptoms and was isolated from others in a state hall after returning from a college-sponsored time out to London.The scholar may no longer be identified. Faculty authorities and officials with the Forsyth County Health Department are working to inform these who may have come in contact with the infected person.The university has contacted the varied individuals who were on the same sponsored time out abroad.Wake Forest officials beforehand reported its first off-campus COVID-19 case on March 21. Faculty officials said they have learned of various college students who are no longer on campus who have tested determined for the virus.

The first on-campus case of the unconventional coronavirus at Wake Forest College was confirmed Tuesday, college officials said.
